This page covers messages sent through the contact form on andersoncheesestop.com.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, and message. We use that information to reply to your question. We do not sell it.
How messages are sent
The form posts to a PHP script on this DreamHost account. That script emails the message to info@andersoncheesestop.com and keeps a private server-side copy so we can recover messages if mail delivery fails. A hidden company field is used only as a spam check. If that field is filled, the script pretends to succeed and does not send mail.
How long we keep it
Email stays in the shop inbox as long as we need it to answer you and keep a normal business record. We do not run a separate customer database from this form.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set marketing cookies or load Google Analytics. Your browser may store its own data for fonts, images, and form fields.
